If you don't like teamwork, mindStart isn’t for you! mindStart is the most diverse company I have ever worked for and everyone is expected to work together. Because of this you can see how the teams were carefully curated to work well together. It is so nice to see such a great environment. There is a lot of room to grow here and many opportunities are available. The greatest thing about Lunchbox is the fact that everyone is rewarded for their hard work and accomplishments. Lots of awards such as tee shirts, and celebratory messages and random shout outs bring up the company morale which is always nice to see that the hard working employees don’t go unnoticed. The only caveat is that if you don’t keep up with your work you can get overwhelmed, so time management is very important especially with our latest NovaDine acquisition, transitions can always be tough. Overall Lunchbox provided a great work culture and experience.
