Pros
miniMinds offers a really fair and competitive salary. There are some great staff members and the students are a joy to teach! The working atmosphere is generally positive and happy, and the manager is always willing to hear you out and find solutions when needed.
Cons
The work hours are long, although this is the standard for most student centres/learning enviornments in Hong Kong, and opportunities for career growth/branching out can be quite limited due to nature of the job.
