      Pros

      I've worked in many industries and many sectors, for me, this is one of the best. There's opportunities everywhere to learn and progress your career. They act in a person centered manner and try to get everyone's view point on how things should be.

      Cons

      It's supported living, which can be challenging. But the rewards you experience when you're helping people change their life is the greatest feeling

      Pros

      Interesting, intricate work. One of the more technical positions.

      Cons

      Management is always shifting. Lots of tunraround. Promised a increase after 90 days. 6 months in and after several reminders I finally cut my losses......only to have HR call me and tell me after I left that they were "just about to process my raise"
