Good secure order book so job should be secure

Poor management, you have to write your job clockings in a book. No factory system. No sick pay for anyone unless you have been there for 20 years or are a senior manager. General lack of production expertise. Go in with your eyes open

Started in January, I heard different story’s and was warned off about going to MTL, but I can honestly say it was the best decision I made. The role I have taken is a step up for me and has already helped me get more confidence in doing my job with the support I have from the team. There is a great atmosphere within the whole site, everyone is friendly and helpful.
