Pros
I'm pleased to say that the culture described to me is exactly what I found. The people are all super friendly (including Senior Management). The outlook for the business is exciting. For people who know me well, I would not recommend a company and an opportunity to somebody if I didn't believe in it myself! There is no point in saying the company is perfect, nowhere is perfect! the main thing to understand is the values of the leadership and what culture is actually being 'lived' not just talked about. I'm pleased to say that I've been met with a friendly team and an amazing bunch of people, with a very helpful culture. The opportunities for people to learn and expand their roles is also very exciting. I'm thoroughly enjoying working with such an enthusiastic Marketing team! Along with finding that people here are so approachable and happy to consider the different ideas I've been presenting so far.

Nothing so far! some work needed to increase staff numbers and improve internal communications, these are both items I'm tasked with being involved in!
