Pros

I actually loved my job, got given so many targets to hit which I personally enjoyed Made friends for life Loved my team spirit to begin with but everyone gets moved around and shuffled so it doesn't last we had days we could come in in pyjamas and order food which was great

Cons

Management are bullies and gang up to pull you down Management think they are bigger and better than everyone else The company claim to be a big mental health advocate but are the opposite Made my mental health million times worse they expect you to go above and beyond for them but get nothing in return high targets to achieve or could cost you your job they stress how important your job is as it could mean someone being homeless if you do anything wrong, however the importance of the role is not reflective on pay being on the phones is beyond stressful, they don't care to move you around if you are put on the phones team and if effects your mental health After 5pm, you are expected to be on the phones and they dont train you properly to look or solve anything, they just tell you to leave a message to conveyancer or send through to conveyancer, however most conveyancers leave after 5pm or dont answer the phones. We had to be the ones to comfort people and help them without having relevant training or support. No management stays that late either, they expect everyone else to stay behind and do their dirty work for them.
