Phenomenally talented team. Always willing to listen and collaborate. People focus on the right answer and not company politics. Nobody is afraid of making mistakes as long as you take accountability. Company is growing so the atmosphere is very good and opportunities look to be opening up.

Performance expectations are very high. The focus is on customer success so this means that you should expect to work late nights and weekends when a client is going live or when they take on new functionality.

First, they are an enjoyable group of people to work with. Secondly (and most important to me), there has never been a time when they did not do exactly what they promised.
