A lot of highly-motivated and talented people who love what they do Pretty positive and forgiving work environment which allows people opportunity to learn and make mistakes without serious repercussions Abundance of interesting projects and opportunities to improve existing projects and processes
Cons
Upper-management is lost and wondering in the dark about the company's future and focus A number of downright incompetent/inexperienced employees in critical roles which is costing company money and business Long-term planning is non-existent. No one know what's going to happen next month, let alone on a longer time-frame, and everything is a surprise (not a good thing if your business and livelihood depends on it) Lack of accountability at all levels, no one is following established processes, everything is done on the fly just to get it off your desk and move on to the next project
