Pros

Very organized operations, detailed onboarding

Cons

Very organized, if you want to shy away from the preferred method of working by the supervisor, you will be in trouble. Unhealthy culture in the office, high turnover, no employee benefits and long hours. Constant pressure and stress from the management. If you do something wrong you will get a lecture and precautions will be in place it will feel like you are on probation. So unhealthy

We appreciate this feedback and look at it as feed forward. Neta has achieved amazing growth and success thanks to the hard work and dedication of a very lean start up team in the past. Thanks to this growth, we have been able to expand our resources and talent to allow for a very different culture today. In 2021 with the hiring of a dedicated Senior Human Resources Manager and creation of a Senior Management Leadership team, neta has made an intentional effort to create a healthy culture that is now able to offer competitive big company benefits and encourages work life balance. We will always have work to do to make neta a better place and we thank you for your input. We encourage you to reach out to work@netamorphosis.com so we can have a further dialogue.

Pros

I was a summer intern for netamorphosis and it was truly an incredible experience. The employees really helped me and cared about me throughout the summer. The company is run and organized extremely well and the employees are all very driven and passionate. I learned so much during the summer, and I am really appreciative of the opportunity to work at netamorphosis.

Cons

No cons for this company.

Pros

Absolutely none. Terrible horrible place.

Cons

It seems like this place has mostly shut down/they no longer have more than 4 employees. This is very good. Years later I reflect on the absolute torture the CEO / owner put young employees through everyday for hours and hours. Literally tricking them into making mistakes, screaming at them in the middle of the office, calling them worthless, offering food and then withholding it or telling employees they needed pay back the company for dinner if they left the office before 10:00 pm. Sometimes, “team meetings” would take place during which whoever was on her bad list would be told to sit outside the room while the rest of the org met without them. Employees were required to clean the office on a rotating schedule. I saw several new EAs be screamed at for making Lyde’s tuna salad incorrectly. Everyone was required to work 60+ hour weeks, holidays, weekends.. I could go on and on. Horrible, horrible company that I hope is never ever resurrected.
