Pros
Up and coming company with great people. Senior Management makes a point to get to know their employees and develop relationships.
Cons
A lot of manual procedures. PTO or Vacation time could be more generous. You share time off between PTO, Sick, and Vacation. Most of the time employees won't call in sick because they want to save their time off for vacation and end up getting everyone else in the office sick.
