      Not too much about deadlines. No one will push you to do beyond your tasks. That's upto you, if you want to grow and take up extra tasks, that's upto you. They have a great product which has potential.

      Very few knowledgeable people who are approachable

      Pros

      Good branded clients and room for learning real world supply chain problems.

      Cons

      work life balance is zero. Calls from 7am and late night calls every single day till midnight irrespective of whichever country someone is based out of. . If health is someone’s priority it is better to look elsewhere. The flexible work hours are crap marketing to motivate employees but everyone knows nothing is flexible here. Career growth is damn slow and regional politics halts progress.
