      Pros

      1) Good work environment, respected as an individual, good peers, understanding leaders. 2) Modern tech stack, willing to try new tech 3) Teams and Leaders ask the right questions, balance of tech debt and features in day to day. 4) Industry Perks and working in an industry that’s also fun to participate in. 5) Good work/life balance

      Cons

      1) Classic growing pains of any software company. Things like - What’s important one day is not the next day. Product priorities change every quarter - plan out work just to see it change or be deprioritized. The typical things you see from a growing company. 2) Tenured engineers can be difficult to get new ideas through … not impossible, but hard.

      Pros

      OnX is a great company to work for. The treat employees well and provide a challenging yet engaging work environment.

      Cons

      I don’t have a whole lot to complain about. At times, company policies and actions can feel corporate, but nothing that would ultimately turn me away.
