Declining Company - Its a burning dumpster fire now. - Technician onsemi Employee Review

Currently under going restructuring. No more flexible work hours. Loss of treating employees like professionals. Strict attendance and time card punches enacted. Clock in 1 minute late and you're on a list. After a certain number of late punches you are fired. Even though they are a semiconductor company, It looks like they want to follow Amazon's lead in using people up with so much work it's impossible to keep up, burn them out, then have them quit. Employee morale is in the dumpster and the dumpster is on fire. Right now, a few people are leaving every week, however, once the job market turns around, there will be a mass exodus.
