      Incompetent upper management filled with nepo babies who refuse to update any systems or processes, resulting in everything being done manually and leading to a high turnover rate. I saw 5 people leave in the 3 years I worked there.

      Ooma actually walks the talk on culture; leadership communicates openly and the collaborative vibe is real, always working on cool new things. Work-life balance has flexibility built in when life happens, which truly matters.

      Cons

      Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
