      Cons

      Ridiculous workload (no work life balance), very stressful environment, horrible Finance management, low salary and often give last minute deadlines. Definitely not a good company to work for unless you don’t have a family.

      Pros

      Ooma actually walks the talk on culture; leadership communicates openly and the collaborative vibe is real, always working on cool new things. Work-life balance has flexibility built in when life happens, which truly matters.

      Cons

      Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
