Pros

You're free to leave your desk as much as you want but of course if you're not producing as you should, that will be held against you. There's a break room with a bunch of free snacks, all you can drink coffee, and a couple vending machines. Four restrooms (2 women's, 2 men's). Overall the sales floor is exactly what most would expect from a telemarketing gig. Management is amazing at motivating their employees to work. They know exactly what to say to keep you pushing to your limits.

Cons

Worked in the Newark office for 5 years. Everyday you're telemarketing from 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (40hr weeks). The daily routine of sitting at a cubicle staring at a computer screen for so long can't be healthy for anybody. The main sales floor has absolutely no windows other than the front lobby so theres litterly no sun light in that place at all. After 5 years I've observed that management has no problem pushing employees to their limit as if we're easily replaceable. Their words say they value you fairly, however their actions say otherwise. The pay is not fair at all for the work we do. Since I've been there they've changed the commission plan 3 times. History proved itself multiple times that if you're over achieving your goal consistently they absolutely will increase your goal. If you're serious about your sales career this is a good company to use as a transitional opportunity but I would not recommend anybody growing or sustaining a family to consider retiring from here unless you're a director or executive. The highest producers which make up about 5% of the sales team can make about 85k net including commission. 95% of the team is making about 55k - 65k net a year including commission. With a market cap of over $350M as of October 2022 and having somewhere around 1,000 employees, the pay for an inside sales rep is blatantly belittling especially when each sales rep is handling litterally EVERY step in a traditional sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts and you're going to need to retain your own customers at times because customer supper is EXTREMELY under invested.

Pros

Consistent product strategy, focused teams, leadership is focused on company and employee success, decent internal communication on companywide initiatives or updates, structured/traditional company All Hands meetings, improving stock price, solid product competitive advantages.

Cons

Lots of senior leadership has been with the company for 10-20 years. This can be great for institutional knowledge and consistency but can also create significant blindspots. Modernization of tools, systems and employee expectations can sometimes feel outdated, completely manual or slow. Investment decisions can sometimes feel pennywise but pound foolish. Collaboration between technical and product teams can feel painful.
