      Friendly atmosphere, collaborative coworkers who are all enthusiastic and positive, not to mention extremely high qualifications vs competitive organizations! Accessible executive team, great support for onboarding - it’s all great so far!

      Cons

      Medical benefits only kick in after 90 days. This means when you join you should expect 90 days where you are not covered.

      Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
