Pros

Great opportunity. The people who work here care about each other and everyone works as a team. It's an awesome learning experience. You get your hands on EVERYTHING. There is a heavy workload but the employees pull together to get it done. Management is very flexible and understanding with days off and even sometimes letting you work from home. Monthly meetings are held to keep everyone in the loop on what's going on with the company and the direction it's taking.

Cons

On call is very unhealthy . You are on call for a week at a time and it's expected to get 15 hours of sleep in a 7 day period. Response time frame to on call alerts is not long enough. Makes it so you're isolated to a computer for an entire week most of the time there is no down time. Reviews are not done at all and your lucky to get a raise. There is no transparency and even though alot of people do the same job they get paid drastically more even if they do less. Benefits are lacking. No bonuses, no incentives unless your selling business or hiring employees .

Pros

outsourceIT is a great place for anyone looking to get their feet wet with IT or experienced administrators looking for a challenge. There is always something to work on and the teamwork there is outstanding! Between the diverse variety of clients and staff, you are sure to learn something from everyone there. There is good communication between management and staff, as well as monthly events for everyone to unwind.

Cons

Just be prepared to work hard and learn quickly! You will be placed on an on-call rotation after your first few months so don't expect to get a lot of sleep that week.

Pros

the tech are friendly and willing to teach you when you start out.

Cons

they are extremely micromanaging and listen to every single call, to see if you are following their script word for word. God forbid if you read it out of order or you miss a sentence. they want you to be a level 1 tech with the experience of a level 3 tech. oh, and theirs no place to move up. you will have the same job at the same salary for as long as you are there.
