      Pros

      Working at Pavliks is great, and there are many opportunities to grow. For the most part, I haven't seen anyone get treated differently, and everyone gets equal opportunities for projects.

      Cons

      Would like to learn more on the backend side of web development.

      Pros

      great work/life balance, they try to improve the company culture, pancake Monday/potluck Friday. Treat you with respect. Don't baby you, help is always there when you need it. Amazing coworkers.

      Cons

      1 pay raise a year(if even that). Will say that you are doing great and they are very happy with your work but won't show it besides words of affirmation. Will promise advancment in your position but won't deliver in the time promised. On rare occasions OT pay is sometimes recieved, wont compensate for extra work being put in outside of ones tasks.

      Thank you for the feedback. We are working on improving our communications about salary increases and their alignment to job and department performance. Yes it is something that we can do better at, and in 2021 we will be implementing some major improvements to our Continuous Performance Management processes.

      Commission\ Utilization bonus is a scam. Not a place to grow or learn much.
