B Corp firm that does want to help the employee

Cons

Tone deaf management who keeps saying we need to grow enrollments, ignore the product issues that prevent us from growing. They hire friends at high levels which will never be hired because they are friends. They believe issues are not issues worth addressing even though there is a call daily to get them addressed.

Pros

Competitive pay, friendly coworkers, free lunch every day (up to $20/day including tax), lots of free snacks, free gym membership located nearby, nice pool table, foosball table, free massage chairs, nice lounges, soundproof phone/work booths, beautiful office location area, boss is easy to work with, and a chill laid back environment. No heavy stress so far.

Cons

I'm a part time employee for now. 25 hours a week (If it started off as full-time would have been 5 stars). No medical/dental benefits or 401k, etc. (likely due to being a part time employee)
