Pros
* Meaningful work with really great people! * Excellent benefits (not free but incredible when compared to my spouse's plan) * Unlimited PTO that my team is encouraged and pushed to use, plus paid holidays and sick time * Paternity and maternity leave * Monthly cell phone allowance * Company-paid life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability * A focus on mental health and well-being plus career development * Remote work with flexible schedules and I genuinely appreciate the trust given to me to get my job done without being micromanaged * Really great culture
Cons
I've worked for some really horrible employers, so many that it seemed to be the corporate norm. projekt202 and the people I've worked with here have been the complete opposite for me, so there's not much for me to complain about. However, the company is growing, which is great (more opportunities for more people to be a part of the company) but it comes with some stretching and growing pains. As a result, I have noticed some communication issues but they've been quick to acknowledge and address them.
