      Some good people but not worth the mental stress

      Cons

      Management ridicules staff behind their back. Terrible back stabbing personalities. Management makes fun of their own CEO. Benefits that you have to pay for, and that barely cover treatment and meds. Pay is minimal to the point that some managers have second jobs. Terrible place to work. Turnover is ridiculous..

      Flexibility to move shift/hours around as needed to accommodate life activities such as a Dr. Appointment, benefits, co-workers are friendly and readily available to help when needed
