Pros
1- friendly environment. 2- Good experience in many projects, which is good for junior level developers.
Cons
1- Very low salaries in general, also some employees take very very low salaries regarding their experiences. 2- Management is very weak. 3- Projects are almost the same. 4- Stressful deadlines, and wasting of time waiting for things to be finished first. 5- Communication between employers is very weak recently.
