Alot of Unused potential. the Heads and top Management is imcompitent - are just yes-man for the CEO to hear his ridiculous ideas being agreed to so they can keep their position. when bad things happen, no Head of, or C level managment are there to be found. people either leaving , dying to leave or trying to look busy untill finding another job. every month is like another survivor episode of who got fired and who is hired - a real Train station. The good and talented people already left.
