Remote work, great team, experts on the field, diverse team. The CEO is Knowledgeable, helpful & engaged. Truly an expert on the field & is ever ready to jump in any role in the company to help out. She's the best. There is also consistent training some new subject & some refreshers, pretty awesome
Cons
Small team so It gets busy real fast. BUT is currently growing so that's getting addressed. The automotive industry is a high pace & candid industry so its not for the feint of heart. Some might be deterred by this straits,
