Organisation - Despite the fast growing teams samedi manages to onboard everyone into the dynamic organisation. With the growth samedi started to hire more senior people with experience.
Product - The product itself is stable and complex, it takes some time to understand the full width of options delivering value to the health-sector.
People - I rarely met so many friendly, welcoming, supportive and professional people at one place. You will feel as part of the family as of the first day.

Cons
The laptops are partially older than 2 years, which is not a big problem but can be a challenge when a machine is not running smoothly.
When you have a certain background you might feel the salaries are not that high. But honestly speaking, it's still competitive and as the typical weaknesses in tech companies (overtime, stress, pressure,...) are missing, it feels like a great deal.
