Do NOT care about individual's talent, skills and abilities. - Team Leaders/Seniors : Having a special ability to find team member's mistakes in every task. - You would always have some extra work assignments as management would assign you some "Part Time Work" with a condition that this part time work must not affect your actual work i.e. daily sourcing and number of closures. - No proper written HR policies; so employees can never know what to follow and what not to follow. - No proper training and development modules for freshers and existing employees. - No "work-life balance" - No job security.
