The company is leading in the FX vendors world, and employees will grow a lot, whether about tech or about trading platforms and systems. Teammates are friendly and shows solidarity. There are a lot of challenges of course, as anywhere, and whatever the department you're in, but overcoming them together is always rewarding! Finally, the C-level team is solid, with a nice mix of employees who rose from the ranks and people having several past experiences in other companies.

As for any fintech vendors, the environment can be sometimes stressful, and this is where the team spirit really helps.
