To bridge the geographical gap, our management teams make regular visits to all our offices, often followed by after-work social events or dinners to foster stronger connections and a unified company culture.
Regarding your comment on compensation, we want to ensure our employees feel valued and fairly rewarded for their contributions. We conduct yearly compensation benchmarking to make sure our salaries remain competitive within the market. In addition, we have a robust variable compensation plan: 100% of our staff is eligible for a bonus based on personal objectives, which can reach up to 170% of their on-target earnings (OTE). We are also proud of our strong commitment to employee growth and mobility. We have an internal mobility rate of 15%, which allows employees to explore new roles and even change countries, providing exciting opportunities for career development.
