Please do not west your time and money for this unprofessional company - Graphic Designer stackmint Employee Review

Google Review (Long & Harsh): My experience with Stackmint Pvt. Ltd. has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing. During the interview process, I was clearly promised a salary of ₹22,000 per month for a 3-month probation period, followed by ₹25,000 monthly. Trusting their words, I shifted from Hadapsar to Hinjewadi, incurring personal and financial costs. However, at the end of the first month, they suddenly told me I was “under observation” and refused to pay the full salary. This is nothing but exploitation of employees. Not only was the payment unfairly cut, but they also delayed it until the 20th of the following month, which is unacceptable. A company that cannot pay employees on time should not be hiring in the first place. Communication was equally poor — calls and WhatsApp messages were ignored, and there was no professional response from management. Despite having one year of professional experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Design (CGPA 8.9), I was judged unfairly within just one month. Instead of supporting and guiding new employees to understand work culture and expectations, they constantly compared my professional design work (done on Adobe Suite) to simple Canva templates, which is both insulting and unprofessional. Hard work and effort were never appreciated. It is clear that this company lacks basic professionalism, employee respect, and fair practices. I strongly advise job seekers to think twice before joining Stackmint Pvt. Ltd. If you value timely payment, honest communication, and a healthy work culture, this is not the place for you.
