There are very nice people within departments. They always try to help and support each other.

Not many seniors where you can actually learn something. Pretty much reactive and no active upper management

Great opportunity to learn the industry. Open and honest about the company and it's position in the industry.

It is still finding itself as a large company. The focus has shifted a bit from when it was a small company and the product was the goal, to large company that needs to adapt to a lot more professional aspects and loosing sight on some of the product.
