      Pros

      Conveniently located close to U5 SamariterStr and Boxhganger Platz.

      Cons

      Poor people handling skills, low emotional intelligence from management, sometimes in the form of aggressive comments. No appreciation for ones' job. Not a sense of community, the name of a start-up does not apply to their policies No social awareness programs for employees.

      It's an opportunity to make money.

      It was a humiliating and embarasssing experience working at subtel. I would not recommend it to any category managers who have any level of self respect for themselves. HR operates in an archaic way (non-digitised payslips being one example) and have a problematic level of control over employee working practices, includuding forcing new employees to work in the office despite most of the workforce enjoying home office/hybrid working arrangements. Inconsistent, archaic, problematic. HR requires its own HR department to address these issues.
