Great - Sales tanbella Employee Review

The job was pretty easy to learn after a few weeks and the location gets a lot of foot traffic which means more opportunity to makes sales. They also do a pretty good job of working around your schedule if you are in school. You get perks such as free services and a discount on products.

The owners are not very involved and don't pay attention to their employees even though it is a small company. There isn't really a vetting process when hiring people so there was a lot of unprofessional behavior from fellow employees/management and an extremely high turnover rate.

You get lured in with free tanning and the promise of bonus and commission, the "values" and "vibe" are cool. my manager was pretty cool and then they burned him out.

Ownership treats you as replaceable. the training is a long winded joke of videos of the owner liking how his own voice sounds. sometimes our paychecks never show up. or the owner changes the bonus pay structure like twice a year. shady.
