Pros
Surrounded by inexperience, abusive Managers, and an incompetent office staff were, a small group of employees that were professional and a joy to work with. Those individuals and their personal work ethic were the only motivators that existed and is the only reason jobs were completed.
Cons
Management consistently overloaded employees with unrealistic workloads and deadlines that led to burnout, and stress, which resulted in resentment and lack of motivation. The majority of production workers consisted of employees with little or no experience and had no support from management which was reflected in low productivity and poor quality in workmanship
Tactics included bullying, harassment and criticism that stifled creativity and fostered this toxic work environment.
