Pros

The best company I have worked at. The collaboration between all teams is remarkable and the hiring team have done such a good job at ensuring that the culture remains as positive as it is. Its brilliant to be at a company that is managing to balance amazingly fast growth whilst still treating everyone with respect and looking out for everyone's well being. Great opportunity to own your area of expertise and be trusted with responsibility and ultimately grow within the company.

Cons

Not much to say at all

Pros

The team is genuinely brilliant. Everyone actually gets on and pulls in the same direction. The role comes with a lot of autonomy which I really value; you're trusted to get on with things and make real decisions rather than being micromanaged at every turn. Pay is excellent for the industry and there's real scope to grow, take on more responsibility and have genuine impact on the business. You can see the results of your work, which makes a big difference day to day.

Cons

Be prepared for the workload — this role demands a lot, and you need to be comfortable with that going in. It's not for people looking for an easy ride. The pace can be intense, but for the right person it's energising rather than draining.

Pros

I joined tem quite recently and had a great onboarding experience - one of the best I've had so far. The team is very friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable from day one. The pace is intense, which is expected for a startup at this stage (plus we're building something unheard of and need to move fast). It’s the kind of intensity I personally enjoy. Criticism is encouraged, as long as it's delivered constructively. Initiative is more than welcome. There's plenty of things to build and improve, which I love.

Cons

A startup environment isn’t for everyone. If you prefer a lot of structure, long-term planning and predictability, the day to day here might feel a bit too dynamic. There’s a strong bias for action, which is great, but sometimes leads to moving forward before fully thinking things through. Occasionally it’s worth pausing before you press play.
