Stable, secure job with good business growth.
Cons
European plant manager ran the facility with a 'good ol boys' mentality. Did not promote based on experience or education level, but rather if he liked you personally or not. Also, you had to be male without a family at home because he believed that you would spend more time at work. He likes young inexperienced boys to promote as managers because they would be "yes" people.
