      Noone is doing nothing for employee engagement. People are always digging pits for other employees. Local general management is lying to employees. People in the local management team has not required skills to run the company. Noone believes in company values.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
