      Pros

      Team is highly motivated, diverse and international. Really enjoyed working as a team. The product is also important for the energy transition, so a fantastic work with meaningful purpose.

      Cons

      Not transparent communication within company. No clear strategy. Management is highly focused on their own career.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
