      Great floor employees that work well together.

      Cons

      The leadership is absent minded and have no actual experience working the jobs the employees do. HR leans to management and does not have the employees best interest at heart. Horrible people.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
