- Long hours, low pay, lots of travel - Performative equity and inclusion culture led by senior leadership - Retaliation for bringing concerns about anything/anyone to your supervisor or their supervisor - Insensitive team building activities - Uninformed goals for underrepresented student populations - No desire to truly connect with the community to improve student success
