Pros

*Some* of the people; flexibility. There were some good eggs but few and far between unfortunately. Flexibility around WFH and appointments which is good.

Cons

Really hard review to write but one that I feel I needed too... touch instills a loyalty in you and they're constantly talking about being a 'touch person' and it being a family. However, do not expect the same in return when things start going south. They're very very quick to get rid of you if needed and there is no compassion, thoughtfulness or loyalty your way when this being done. Always watch your back, watch what you say to who and just keep your head down. One thing that is a big problem which directors don't want to acknowledge is the favouritism. If you're sucking up to the right director or person, then consider yourself safe however decide how much of your soul you're willing to give. There are also people who have gotten to where they are due to these relationships and not 100% on their merit. Unfortunately there are people who manage others and should not or have not been given the right training. A lot of the positive reviews on here are asked for by the company to be written so do not be fooled. It has unfortunately become a cesspit and something I would wholly recommend against.

Pros

Hybrid schedule. The people are nice.

Cons

Constant structural changes which will have you working not only the position you were hired to do but a whole other position completely. Lack of support from upper management. Constantly hinted at pay raise which was “not possible”. Lack of training. Employees are constantly leaving.
