• Consistent financial success for company • Excellent location near North Park Center and other retailers • 401k, profit sharing and health benefits • Opportunities for all genders and race • Opportunities to give back to the community

Cons

• Antagonistic, rude or cruel upper-management • Employees are micro-managed or tracked at every turn • Long hours due to bad planning or over-promising to clients • Creative work limited to building out other agencies creative • Bad or under-cooked meals that are subtracted from compensation • Low or below average salaries compared to type of work and industry standards • No bonuses and low chance of promotion for creative team • Huge divide between the creative and accounting side, lots of in-fighting • Client bashing that robs people of motivation • Culture of gossip encourages drinking in-lieu of improving work conditions • Location (building) in desperate need of cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, etc.) or repair

Pros

The people who work here are very seasoned and know how to do the work well. Learn to make connections and get good with the legends here.

Cons

The office could use a face lift to make it more inviting and inspiring. It just seems dead.

Pros

It's a paycheck. That's about it.

Cons

All the creative leaders insist on redoing all of the work because they have no ability to lead or push the client in any direction.
