Pros
Small technical team. Challenging tasks. Exposure to technology with the ability to make contributions from day one. Management is not inaccessible so there is almost the sense of a flat hierarchy enabling you to feel as though you can make a difference.
Cons
Management needs to do a better job with communicating their feelings to employees instead of silently harboring dissatisfaction. The office space is small and cramped.
