The biggest pro is that co-workers are extremely intelligent and absolutely incredible people. I've been here over a year and definitely feel like it's a privilege to work with these people. The company is expanding while many other SEFs are beginning to go belly up. The environment and culture is better tailored to individuals who both know how to work as part of a team and can pull their own weight independently.

Hours are long, but that goes with the territory. There has been a fair share of ups and downs, as with everything, but overall I'd say that the company is on the right track for success. No complaints here.
