      Pros

      Culture is very good and supportive for sales front end people. Senior management supports their field persons and helps them to achieve sales figures

      Cons

      Remuneration is very less as compared to the amount of work the person does Single person handles so many products making it difficult to focus on all products

      The industry is fun. Travel.

      Cons

      Two top execs have personal short-man hangups. If you work there, you need to be the type that can control emotions from their insults etc.; which teeter or may cross into unlawful.

      They seemed nice to you in the beginning

      Cons

      CEO is a dictator and tyrant. Other people are extremely low work efficiency. Unpleasant working environment, no appreciation, management took advantage of you and use you. Extremely cheap and they lie constantly
