Pros
Great insurance! The money is ok but not worth the risk or pain...Really are no pros. Plenty of openings, all of their employee's are leaving them daily including office, production and support
Cons
Very unsafe to work, management preaches safety but knowingly allows unsafe practices to maintain production. Oily, smoke filled plant. Works 7 days on end, no days off, no family life/work balance. Supervisors unskilled, rude, hateful, biased. Management covers up unethical allegations from sexual to safety. Understaffed and won't hire forcing constant 12 hour days for most employee's.
