Pros

Growth is really good for those who have hired from campus placements from NIT's and IIT's. They got promotion from project engineer to senior project engineer easily within a time period of 3 years with really good hike. rest are struggling.

Cons

1 - Work culture is different for different teams. 2 - Manager have no working experience of different organisations, those who joined as a fresher with in 6-7 years they will get the opportunity to manage things as they do not have good experience of what is happening outside the bubble. 3 - Same work like no change in your work ..they expect you to become SME. Also it is a loss as because of this you don't have any other work exposure. 4 - Management is very poor

Pros

Flexibility, may be due to the non-competency of management.

Cons

The workplace is heavily influenced by internal politics, with management that often appears unethical and lacking direction. Credit is frequently taken by the wrong individuals, and favoritism seems widespread. There is a perception that certain individuals are advanced despite limited demonstrated capability, while others’ contributions are overlooked. There is a noticeable gap between outward communication and actual decision-making practices.
