Lacks leadership a growing company needs. Employee voices are not heard by leadership. No guidance is provided. Your expected figure everything out without support.

Pros

Company Culture is great. There are a lot of subject matter experts with years of telecom knowledge. Most positions are fully remote.

Cons

In most cases the subject matter experts stay compartmentalized and there is not a good process in place for knowledge share. So that falls back heavily on the dev and product teams.
