      - Mostly remote - Okay environment & stability - Good for juniors - Open dialogue

      Cons

      - Compensation is poor - No announcements on benefits - Vacation days accumulated but were not paid when leaving the company. - No social security - Role kept growing but salary stayed the same - No career growth
