A growing company, with growing pains, but honestly its to be expected.

-unlimited PTO -SOME coworkers were great

-so many cons I don’t know if I have room to list here. How this company is still around, I have no clue. Management is terrible. Some really really toxic coworkers who basically tell you to figure it out instead of offering support and guidance. Feels like the CEO just doesn’t know what she is doing. Concept is there but delivery is lacking and it shows. Pay is awful, benefits are horrible. Definitely don’t see this company being around longer than another year or so before they go belly up.
